Dave Scarafiotti

Dave Scarafiotti has over 30 years of experience in the retail and financial services industry. Dave currently serves as the Vice President of Operations - Financial Services Division at Ideal Software Systems, Inc., where they focus on product innovation and customer service. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at TMX Finance Family of Companies, Sam's Appliance and Furniture, Artisan Counsumer Services LLC, dba: Flexi Compras, Rent A Wheel, Buddy's Franchising, and Rent-A-Center/RentWay Inc. Their responsibilities included overseeing regional and district operations, developing new store locations, managing real estate and procurement, and leading strategic expansion efforts. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and deliver results in the lease to own and financial markets industry.

Dave Scarafiotti earned an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Dave attended the university from 1984 to 1986.
