Sergei Mikhailovski

Sergei Mikhailovski is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in team management and recruitment. Currently, Sergei serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Ideal Team Group and as a Founder of WorkMate since August 2024. Additionally, Sergei is a Co-Founder of TeamBuilder, an application facilitating the formation of amateur sports teams, which connects users with similar interests. Prior to these roles, Sergei held positions such as Local Team Manager at PARX and Regional Manager at Persistent Systems, along with key recruitment leadership at Ciklum and OOO CTDev. Sergei began a career in management at GardaWorld and LCBO after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Belarusian State University.
