Blair P. Kessler is the Founder and Managing Director of Three Zero Growth, which assists leaders of founder-led, privately held, and mission-driven organizations in enhancing sales performance. Prior to this role, Blair held several significant positions at GoHealth, including Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of the Encompass Business Unit, where rapid promotions reflected expertise in growth strategy and revenue execution. Blair's experience at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner included directing strategies for Fortune 50 executives in the healthcare field. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where Blair was recognized as a Zell Fellow, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Entrepreneurship and another in Finance and Philosophy.
