Rachel Saunders is an accomplished community organizer currently at Idealist since March 2018, with extensive experience in program coordination and event management. Previously at TED Conferences from September 2011 to March 2017, Rachel served as both TEDx Licensing Coordinator and TEDx Licensing Intern, playing a pivotal role in the exponential growth of the TEDx initiative, which saw applications increase significantly during that time. Earlier experience includes working as an SAT tutor at C2 Education and as an archaeologist for the US Forest Service. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 2010.
