Deborah Finken

Deborah Finken has a long history of work experience in the CRM field. Deborah began their career as a CRM Consultant at Onyx Software in 2000. Deborah then moved on to Fluke Networks in 2001, where they served as the CRM Team Manager. In 2007, they accepted a role as Project Manager at Snohomish County in Washington State, where they performed workflow analysis and re-engineering of the upstream and downstream grant management process. In 2011, they joined Investors Title Company and Affiliates as Manager, Planning and Execution and Project Manager. In 2012, they took on the role of Chair of the Human Services Advisory Board at the Town of Chapel Hill, where they reviewed grant applications and provided recommendations for funding to the Town Council. Finally, in 2014, they began working as a CRM Project Manager at Idealist Consulting.

Deborah Finken's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Deborah then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington from 2005 to 2007. In addition, Deborah holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in October 2013), a Force.com Certified Developer from salesforce.com, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
