Jennifer Aldridge

Jennifer Aldridge has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Jennifer started their career at Zurich Canada as a Senior Lotus Notes Systems Administrator and Senior Systems Administrator from 1995 to 2000. Jennifer then worked at the Canadian Diabetes Association as a Systems Project Manager/CRM Trainer, where they implemented a CRM application and managed post-implementation reviews from 2002 to 2004. Jennifer also had a role as a Business Specialist at Cornerstone Group of Companies from 2005 to 2012.

In 2012, Jennifer joined CNIB as a Manager, Application Training, where they were responsible for training needs analysis, course development, training delivery, and evaluation for CNIB applications. Jennifer also developed a self-paced training program for the Raisers Edge CRM application, reducing in-classroom training time by over 50% using Sharepoint LMS. From 2017 to 2018, Jennifer was the Manager of CRM Implementation and Training at CNIB, leading the implementation and training efforts for CRM systems.

In 2019, Jennifer worked as a Manager, Leadership Giving Administration at the MS Society of Canada before moving to the MaRS Discovery District as a Salesforce Administrator from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Salesforce Consultant and Business Analyst (Contract) at Idealist Consulting, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has acquired expertise in CRM implementation, training, project management, systems administration, and business analysis.

Jennifer Aldridge completed their Business Administration Diploma in Corporate Finance at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario from 1982 to 1984. In 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, followed by the Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification in May 2020. In July 2020, they achieved the Conga Composer Administrator Certification. Jennifer then acquired the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in February 2022 and the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification in February 2023. Additionally, they completed a course at Trailhead by Salesforce in 2017, although no further details were provided about the degree or field of study.
