Franziska Becker

Franziska Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Franziska started their career in 2008 as a Junior Manager in Customer Research & Marketing Controlling at myToys.de. In 2009, they moved on to work at T-Labs, Telekom Innovation Laboratories as a Research Associate in User Driven Innovation. In 2012, Franziska joined ImmoScout24 and took on various roles, including User Experience Researcher, Team Lead User Experience Research, Guild Lead UX Research, Lead UX Researcher Residential, and Team Lead UX Research Sale | Guild Lead UX Research. Currently, since 2021, they are working as a Principal UX Researcher Mixed Methods at idealo internet GmbH.

Franziska Becker obtained a Diplom in Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they studied from 2001 to 2008.
