Martin Wysterski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Martin has held various roles in different companies. In 2017, they joined idealo internet GmbH, where they started as the Senior Manager Customer Insights and later became the Team Lead Quantitative UX Research. Currently, they are serving as the Team Lead UX Research. Prior to joining idealo internet GmbH, from 2014 to 2017, Martin worked at Trendence Institut as a Senior Research Consultant, responsible for coordinating and implementing international barometer studies in employer branding. Before that, they worked as a Chief Operations Manager at the Media Business Transfer Center (MBTC) from 2012 to 2014. From 2002 to 2011, they held multiple roles at LDB Gruppe, including Head of Strategies and Concepts and International Project Manager. Martin's earlier experiences include working at Berlecon Research as a Junior Quantitative Analyst, Comcult Research GmbH as a Junior Project Manager, and MediaFutura GmbH as a Trainee in Market Research. Martin began their career at Forsa as a Supervisor. Additionally, Martin has also worked as a freelance Market Researcher, online tutor, and tutorial writer.

Martin Wysterski has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaften (HF), with additional studies in Psychology (NF) and Politikwissenschaft (NF) from Freie Universität Berlin, which they completed from 1994 to 2000. Martin also obtained a Diplom in E-Commerce Manager from Studiengemeinschaft Darmstadt GmbH, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to these degrees, they earned their Abitur from Georg Herwegh Gymnasium between 1986 and 1993. In addition, they obtained a certification in Ausbilder Fachangestellte für Markt- und Sozialforschung (AEVO) from IHK Berlin in May 2008.
