Maddie Carter, SHRM-CP

Maddie Carter, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources. Maddie is currently working as the Human Resources Director for WAVE at Ideanomics since September 2021. Prior to that, Maddie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Onset Financial from February 2021 to September 2021. Before their role at Onset Financial, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for the same company from March 2018 to February 2021. Maddie started their career at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Supervisor from April 2015 to April 2018. Maddie has extensive experience in various HR roles and is well-versed in managing human resources functions.

Maddie Carter, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications - Public Relations from Utah Valley University. Maddie attended the university from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they also hold the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, which they obtained in May 2019.
