Patrik Gyllén

Program Manager at Ideanomics

Patrik Gyllén has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrik started their career as an Operating Technician and later worked as an I&C Maintenance Technician at Vattenfall from 2008 to 2013. Patrik then joined AFRY as a Technical Consultant in Nuclear Projects from 2014 to 2017, where they played a leading role in the ageing management project for Oskarshamns Nuclear Power Plant. During this time, they developed processes, conducted audits, and dealt with technical issues related to ageing components.

After AFRY, Patrik worked at Volvo Cars as a Project Manager and Technical Consultant from 2017 to 2019, where they managed projects for test automation systems and implemented new and upgraded old test rigs in the Test Facilities department. Patrik then joined Chanje in 2021 as an Engineering Project Manager, responsible for managing and restructuring projects related to the production and R&D of EVs.

In the same year, Patrik also worked at Xos Trucks as a Program Manager for the Electrical Department. Their responsibilities included being a gatekeeper for new inquiries, managing engineering projects related to HV/LV components and BMS systems, and implementing PMO tools and working methods.

Most recently, Patrik joined Ideanomics in 2022 as a Program Manager. Their current role involves managing programs and projects.

Throughout their career, Patrik has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical consulting, and the nuclear industry. Patrik has also shown proficiency in developing processes, managing audits, and implementing new technologies.

Patrik Gyllén holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2012. In 2008, Patrik attended Chalmers University of Technology for a technical pre-year program. Patrik earned their Gymnasieexamen (equivalent to high school diploma) in the field of Teknikprogrammet - Energi och Miljö from Peder Skrivares Skola from 2006 to 2008.
