Terrance Paternoster

Terrance Paternoster is a seasoned finance and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At IdeaRoom, in September 2022, Terrance served as VP of Finance - CFO, focusing on operational guidance, compliance, and financial communication. Previously, Terrance held positions at Woodgrain as Head of Cyber Security, where a comprehensive cybersecurity department was developed, and at Northwest Nazarene University, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Security Officer to Director of Business Operations - Controller. Terrance has also held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Synoptek and Director of Accounting and Information Technology at Hawley Troxell. Terrance holds an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and a BBA in CIS from Boise State University.
