Agata Bader

Agata Bader currently serves as the Coordinator for International Relations at IDEAS NCBR Sp. z o.o. since April 2022. Previously, Agata held various positions at the NAWA Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, including Head of Unit for Bilateral Cooperation and Head of Student Scholarships Department. Agata's extensive experience in international relations is further highlighted by a role as Deputy Director at the Bureau for Academic Recognition and International Exchange, focusing on international cooperation in education and policy development. Agata also worked as a Freelance Translator for Onet S.A., translating articles for notable publications, and participated in the Bellevue Programme as a Fellow through the Robert Bosch Foundation. Agata's educational background includes a magister degree in political science from the University of Warsaw, a postgraduate program in translation theory from the Higher School of Foreign Languages “Avans,” and an exchange program at the University of Tampere.
