Liz Willatts has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Liz began their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Browns Hotel in 2000. Liz then moved on to become a Revenue Manager at Crowne Plaza IHG Group from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a Revenue Manager at Macdonald Hotels from 2005 to 2007. Liz joined IDeaS Revenue Solutions in 2008 as a Client Relationship Manager and progressed through various roles until they reached the position of Director of the Global Client Relationship Management Team in April 2021. Liz'swork has primarily focused on client relationship management and revenue optimization.
