Milkman, pizza delivery, demolition crew member, and leading sock salesman at the GAP—Russ began his career with a wide variety of professional experiences. Following graduation from the University of Georgia, Russ combined his data science degree and people skills to forge a successful career in consumer insights, marketing/pricing optimization, and supply chain analytics. After holding leadership positions at ACNielsen, Teradata, Hewlett Packard, and IDeaS, Russ briefly left IDeaS but returned later as the chief sales and growth officer.
