Cassie Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavioral design and policy research. Currently serving as Associate Managing Director at ideas42 since May 2017, Cassie has held multiple roles including Principal Behavioral Designer and Senior Associate. Prior experience includes lab management at the BEDR Policy Lab at Carnegie Mellon University, where evidence-based policy recommendations were developed through behavioral economics research. Cassie's background also encompasses design work at Expii, Inc., graduate studies in Education Technology and Applied Learning Science at Carnegie Mellon University, and analytical roles at Analytics Operations Engineering, Inc. Additionally, research internships at prestigious institutions such as Princeton University and Freie Universität Berlin contributed to a strong foundation in psychology, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
