Jana Smith is a strategic international development and public health leader with over 15 years of experience in organizational change and human-centered design. Currently serving as Managing Director at ideas42, Jana leads a multi-million dollar portfolio of behavioral research and design projects. Jana has previously held significant roles at Pro Mujer and the World Health Organization, and has contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University. Jana earned an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and participated in executive education programs at Columbia Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
