Vivien Caetano is a seasoned Principal Behavioral Designer at ideas42, with a strong focus on financial health, human services, sustainability, gender-based violence, and economic justice. Since joining in August 2015, Vivien has collaborated with nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and government partners to create behavioral interventions and enhance their capacity to leverage behavioral insights. Prior to this role, Vivien contributed as a Senior Associate and Associate, leading projects aimed at reducing alcohol and intimate partner violence. Vivien's experience includes research assistance at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where involvement included grant proposal writing and literature review preparation, as well as managing writing programs at Brown University's Writing Center. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University, along with studies in Spanish and Creative Writing from various institutions.
