Wen Wen Teh

Wen Wen Teh is a seasoned behavioral designer with extensive experience in research and evaluation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since February 2022, Wen Wen has previously held key roles at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) as a Senior Research Associate and Research Associate, where responsibilities included managing randomized evaluations and developing research resources. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and International Development from Yale University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. Wen Wen's diverse expertise encompasses behavioral neuroeconomics, employment assistance for refugees, public health research, and the analysis of foreign investment trends, coupled with strong skills in data analysis and project management.
