Rey Leuterio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director & Co-Founder of HEROIXM, the social good and corporate social responsibility communications unit of IdeasXMachina Group of Hakuhodo. In this role, Rey works with NGOs, Cause-Oriented Groups, and Corporate Foundations to help their causes resonate with everyday people. From December 2018 to June 2020, Rey served as the Senior Vice President for Business Development at ASPAC - Dentsu Aegis Network. Rey also held the position of VP, Strategic Planning & Research at the same company from December 2015 to December 2018.
Rey's earlier experience includes working at Aspac Advertising, where they held various roles such as Director, Strategic Planning & Business Development, Strategic Planning Director, Senior Brand Planner, and Brand Planner. Rey was with the company from November 2004 to December 2015.

In this project, they served as a Senior Accreditor, training school principals in the voluntary peer accreditation system and conducting evaluations for public high schools nationwide.

Rey Leuterio's education history begins in 1985 when they attended Ateneo de Manila University for their high school education. Rey then pursued their college education at the Center for Research and Communication - College of Arts and Sciences from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they obtained an AB degree in Humanities with specialization in Education.
Rey continued their academic journey by enrolling at the University of Asia and the Pacific from 1993 to 1995. Here, they earned a Master's degree in Education, focusing on Development Education.
In addition to their formal education, Rey Leuterio has obtained two certifications in recent years. In March 2021, they completed the "Building Resilience" certification from LinkedIn. Rey also obtained the "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander" certification from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
