Pranav Gupta

Pranav Gupta is a Senior Scientist in In vivo Pharmacology at IDEAYA Biosciences since June 2022, leading pharmacology efforts for early-stage drug discovery programs involving in vivo and ex vivo studies. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Fellow at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where Pranav led projects focused on novel inhibitors for small cell lung cancer and developed a targeted drug combination. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital, Pranav researched drug resistance mechanisms in lung cancer and co-authored a significant publication. Earlier roles at St. John's University encompassed teaching and mentoring responsibilities, where Pranav instructed graduate students in various scientific subjects and managed teaching assistants. Academically, Pranav holds a PhD in Pharmacology from St. John's University and has a strong educational foundation in pharmaceutical sciences.
