Software Engineer II at Idelic

Matthew McCormack has held a variety of roles since 2015. In that year, they began working as a Freelance Trumpet Player while self-employed. In 2016, they began working as a Trumpet Teacher and Performer at Johnstonbaughs Music Centers. In 2019, they took on the role of Concert Collector at Technical Projects, a web application where users can track concerts of their favorite musicians. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer at Idelic.

Matthew McCormack obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Music Education from Oklahoma State University in 2013, after studying there from 2008 to 2013. Matthew then went on to Carnegie Mellon University, where they obtained a Masters of Music in 2015. In 2018, they began studying Computer Software Engineering at Flatiron School, and in 2021 they obtained an Astronomer Certification for Apache Airflow Fundamentals from Astronomer.
