Robert Orndorf

Robert Orndorf has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an Oracle Center of Excellence Setup Analyst for GE Transportation. Robert assisted functional users in turning requests into technical solutions, conducted project implementations, and performed Oracle analysis to resolve issues. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst for Dana Incorporated, supporting Oracle ERP systems and homegrown systems integrated into Oracle across various countries and languages. Robert then became a Senior Business Analyst at Dana Incorporated from 2018 to 2019, overseeing the procure to pay process and shaping the future direction of SAP and Oracle. In 2019, they joined UL PURE Learning as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, leading agile development and QA teams and providing daily support to stakeholders in the learning management space. Currently, since 2020, they are working at Idelic as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for strategic and tactical planning, collaborating with engineering, and solving customer and industry problems.

Robert Orndorf completed their education at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, in 2010-2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Additionally, in December 2021, Robert obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
