Sean Graham

Sean Graham has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering and development industry. Sean began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at Integrated Industrial Technologies. In 2000, they joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Senior Manager of Architecture, Data/Analytics and Innovation. Sean then progressed to become the Application Transformation Practice & Consumer Mobile App Engineering Lead, Application Transformation Practice Lead, Senior Software Delivery Manager - eCommerce, Software Delivery Manager - eCommerce Insourcing, Project Manager - Ecommerce Insourcing Program, Manager/Application Owner - IT HR Systems, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Test Automation, and Senior Application Developer. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Engineering at Idelic, where they transformed the software development process from Scrum to Kanban resulting in a 3x increase in deployments per week as well as a 2x decrease in critical incidents for the software platform. Sean also maintained SOC2 compliance for the organization.

Sean Graham attended the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Sean also holds an Engineer-In-Training certification.
