Evan Bays

Evan Bays currently serves as Vice President of Engineering and DOJ Operations at IDEMIA National Security Solutions, a position held since July 2020, after previously holding the role of Senior Director of Solutions and Engineering within the same organization. Prior to IDEMIA, Evan Bays worked at MITRE as a Project Lead from October 2016 to July 2020 and was employed at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Strategic Operations Manager from June 2010 to October 2016. Earlier in the career, Evan Bays held the position of Senior Biometrics Subject Matter Expert at the National Interest Security Company (NISC) for a brief period and served as a Senior Engineer at MITRE from March 2008 to September 2009. Evan Bays earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biometric Systems from West Virginia University, graduating in 2004.
