Alok Tiwari has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alok is currently working at IDEMIA as the SVP & Global Head - Sales I Smart Biometrics. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP & Business Head - Public Security & Identity, India at IDEMIA. Alok also served as the VP & Business Head - Public Security & Identity, India at the same company. Earlier in their career, Alok worked as the Regional Director - Digital Sales and Head - Digital Banking at IDEMIA.

Before joining IDEMIA, Alok worked at NCR Corporation as Solution Sales - India and South Asia. Alok also worked at Diebold Systems Pvt Ltd as the Regional Head - West and SAARC countries. Alok's work experience also includes a role as Regional Sales Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and Manager - Direct Sales at HDFC Bank. Alok started their career as a General Manager at M.P. BIRLA GROUP SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Alok Tiwari obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, from 1998 to 2000.
