Mark Ivan Policar, MEPMfgE, currently serves as the Head of Regional Personalisation Service Center Operations for IDEMIA, overseeing personalization service centers across the APAC region, including the Philippines, Australia, Japan, China, and Malaysia. Prior to this role, Policar spent over 13 years at Thales, where positions included Regional Marketing Manager and Country Operations Manager, focusing on banking and payment marketing and managing the Gemalto Philippines Manufacturing Site. Policar's earlier experience with Intel Corporation encompassed roles as a Process and Equipment Engineer, where significant cost savings and capacity improvements were achieved through innovative process modifications. Policar holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from De La Salle University.
