Stephen Malone, A.M. APMP has a strong background in proposal management and contract negotiations. Stephen started their career at General Electric, where they served as a Sr Contract Manager, responsible for international compliance and negotiating aerospace contracts. Stephen then joined L1 Secure ID as a Sr. Bid Manager, specializing in competitive government proposals for secure identification cards. In 2014, they transitioned to MorphoTrust USA™ as a Principal Proposal Manager, leading a team of 12 professionals in submitting major proposal responses to government and commercial customers. Currently, they are working as a Proposal Consultant at Tanner Consulting, LLC, focusing on competitive proposals for state, local, and federal RFPs.
