Kelly Miller

Kelly Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Idemitsu Renewables since July 2020, Kelly previously held the position of Director, Real Estate & Special Counsel and Real Estate Counsel at WeWork from October 2018 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes time as an Associate in the Real Estate group at Cooley LLP and in the Global Finance practice group at Dechert LLP, where a focus was placed on lender representation in large loan originations. Kelly began the legal career as a Summer Associate at Dechert LLP and completed a Judicial Externship at the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo. Internships were also completed at DMB Associates and the U.S. Department of Energy. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
