Ayesha Kamal

Ayesha Kamal has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2018. Ayesha began their career as an Intern at Iqra University (Official) in 2018, where they were responsible for marketing strategies, calling on social media leads, providing coordination in orientation and interviews of new students, and educating candidates coming in for taking admission about university's criteria and offered courses. In 2019, they joined Artistic Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd as a Management Trainee Officer - Human Resource, where they were responsible for working on performance management system and annual increments, and assisting the HOD and AM HR in system implementation. Ayesha was also involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, job ads posting and interviews scheduling. In 2021, they joined Proficient Digital as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections, generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters, creating onboarding plans, maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records, creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities, involving in conflict management and team coordination, and taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances. Currently, they are working as a People Operations Lead - HR at Idenfo since 2022.

Ayesha Kamal obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Iqra University (Official) in 2018, having studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2015 to 2018.
