Charlia Pence serves as President of Diamond Business Services, Inc. since February 1989 and is a significant contributor to the identification and card issuance industry as a current Board Member of the Identification Systems Group and a past president. Charlia has been involved with the Identification Systems Group since 1998, where a network of local experts collaborates to provide high-quality solutions backed by professional service certification. Additionally, Charlia is an Authorized Sales Partner for Entrust Datacard, focusing on innovative card issuance solutions. Involvement with Kidd’s Kids since 2002 highlights a commitment to providing memorable experiences for chronically ill and physically challenged children, while prior experience at AmWest Savings and Loan laid a foundation in customer service.
