Paul David

Paul David has over 14 years of work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Paul began their career in 2005 as a Recruiter for LendingTree. In 2007, they moved to ADP as a Recruiter. Paul then went on to serve as a Contract Recruiter for First American Title in 2009 and Hoag Hospital in 2010. In 2010, they were hired as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Cox Enterprises. In 2018, they became a Council Member for Forbes Councils. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Restaurant365. Additionally, in 2014, they founded Identified Talent Solutions which was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies" and "Best Places To Work" by the Orange County Business Journal.
