Michael Bush

Michael Bush has worked in the recruiting and operations field for nearly two decades. Michael'scareer began in 2003 as a Branch Manager and Regional Manager for Maxim Healthcare Services, where they were responsible for full operational management and leadership of the Madison office. In 2007, they moved to Farmers Insurance & Financial Services as a Recruiting Manager and Career Performance Manager. From 2010 to 2016, they worked for Financial Service Consultants as the Assistant Director of Recruiting and for GE Healthcare - KellyOCG RPO as a Senior Leadership & Operations Recruiter and Team Lead. In 2018, they joined Bostik as a Program Delivery Lead, providing operational, technical and strategic recruiting management. In 2020, they began working for CRG Search as a Sr. Director of National Search & RPO and Director of National Search. Michael is currently employed as a Senior Director of Recruiting & Operations at Identify Security.

Michael Bush obtained a Bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Marketing, Information Technology and Psychology. Michael also holds a Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index, which they obtained in January 2022, as well as a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent, which they obtained in October 2015.
