Ben Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ben started their career at Ecovantage as a Contact Centre Operator, where they worked for a short period. Ben then joined National Australia Bank as a Direct Servicing Advisor, Credit Card Specialist, After Hours Fraud Advisor, and eFraud Advisor, gaining skills in customer service, fraud prevention, and risk management. Ben then joined PromisePay as a Risk & Fraud Officer and later became the Head of Operations, where they focused on improving operational systems, processes, and policies. Ben also played a significant role in long-term planning and operational excellence initiatives. After that, Ben joined Zai as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing knowledge and information, monitoring and analyzing system effectiveness, improving service efficiency, and liaising with different teams. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Identitii.

Ben Jackson obtained a Certificate IV in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from TAFE Queensland in 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2019, Agile Project Management Workshop from General Assembly in November 2018, and Critical Thinking Course Certificate from LinkedIn Learning in February 2017.
