Dalip Mahal

Dalip Mahal has over 25 years of experience in the Information and Access Solutions (IAM) and financial industries. In 1997, they began their career at Semaphore as a Professional Services employee, where they managed projects in Fortune 500 companies and trained them on new technologies. In 2000, they joined iConverse as the Director of Product Management, where they designed a studio to build mobile applications and presented to VCs for financing. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at PayCash as a Senior Project Manager, conducting market research and introducing the PayCash digital wallet technology into the North American market. In 2005, they were appointed Director of Product Management at Way Systems, where they set product strategy and coordinated a complex group of stakeholders to redesign a financial payment and provisioning server. From 2008 to 2011, they held the position of COO at InTouch Technology, where they rescued the start-up from bankruptcy and changed the product strategy. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at PC Connection and as an Engagement Manager at Telus. In 2017, they joined Simeio Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, providing engagement and project management services in the public and private sector. Since 2021, they have been employed at Identity And Access Solutions as a Program/Project Delivery Leader.

Dalip Mahal has a comprehensive educational history. Dalip obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Concordia University in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an M. Sc in Computer Science from McGill University in 1992, and a B.Sc in Math and Computer Science from McGill University in 1986.
