Rajesh K Agarwal

Rajesh K Agarwal has had a long and varied career in finance and accounting. Rajesh K began their career in 1990 as a Consultant Chartered Accountant and Proprietor at Rajesh Garg and Associates. In 1994, they moved to ICI India Limited (later Duncans Industries Ltd.) as a Manager Accounts. From 2000-2006, Rajesh held the position of Business Analyst at Al Futtaim Group - Retail (Toys "R" Us) where they headed the F&A department, handled operations and finance functions, and led expansion initiatives. In 2006, they moved to KGL Car Rental & Leasing Co. as a Finance Controller. In 2008, they were Group Chief Finance Controller at Easa Hussain Al-Yousifi (Panasonic) Kuwait. From 2009-2019, Rajesh was Vice President Finance at Kout Food Group (Franchisee of Pizza Hut, Burger King, Applebees etc.). From 2019-2020, they were Chief Financial Officer at Movit Products Limited. Since 2020, they have been Chief Financial Officer at Identity and Access Solutions, LLC (IAAS). Additionally, from 2011-2020, Rajesh served as Founder Director/ Consulting CFO at CFO Innovations Pvt Ltd.

Rajesh K Agarwal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow in 1984, majoring in Commerce. Rajesh K then went on to obtain a FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1989, majoring in Finance & Taxation. In 2007, they obtained a SAP ERP Finance Solution Consultant certification from SAP AG Germany. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Information Systems Auditor certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2021, they obtained a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor certification from Intuit QuickBooks, a Certified Tsheets Pro Elite Partner certification from TSheets is now QuickBooks Time, and a ZohoBooks Authorised Partner certification from Zoho.
