As Identity Automation’s Director of Support Operations, Melissa Bayless leads the Support Operations team. Before joining Identity Automation, Melissa held various support and infrastructure leadership roles within global oil and gas organizations. She has experience designing, implementing and leading global IT units of over 150 people across multiple countries. For Melissa, customer service started at an early age, providing support services in Kentucky and continuing throughout her IT career across multiple countries in Africa and Asia before returning and settling in Houston.
