Eniola Ahmed Salami

Eniola Ahmed Salami has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Account Payables Officer at Unicem Nig Ltd, where they were responsible for reviewing and processing suppliers' invoices and reconciling transactions. In 2011, they transitioned to Value Distribution Ventures, first serving as a Human Resource/Admin Officer, developing and implementing policies, advising on employment law, and managing grievances. They later took on the role of Business Development/Operations Officer, building customer relationships, managing distribution issues, and presenting proposals to clients. In 2015, they joined Oando Plc as a Corporate Services Officer/Facility Officer, where they handled operational and services reports, maintenance of vehicles and facilities, and implemented operational procedures. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at OVH Energy - Oando Licensee, first as an Operations Business Support Analyst, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports. They then became a Fleet Business Partner, overseeing fleet operations and maintaining databases. In 2018, they joined Kobo360 as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for total account management and implementing customer service initiatives. They later became a Supply Growth Manager, expanding the asset pool and optimizing asset utilization. In 2019, they joined Lori as a Cargo Sales Account Manager, identifying and selling to logistics customers. They then served as the Head of Cargo (Sales) West Africa, achieving significant revenue growth and building a positive customer experience. In 2021, they joined Faru Technologies Inc. as a Business Development Lead West Africa, generating platform revenue and establishing industry relationships. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at MetaMap as a Growth Lead Africa, focusing on gig economy and on-demand freelance work. Currently, they are the Global Business Development Lead at Identitypass by Prembly.

Eniola Ahmed Salami's education history begins in 2006, when they enrolled at Igbinedion University, Okada. They pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and graduated in 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2013, Eniola attended the University of Lagos, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
