Alexandra Penaflor

Ajo Penaflor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Accounting Lead at IDEO.org since October 2018, Ajo has progressed through roles including Accounting Lead, Senior Accounting Specialist, and AP Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Form & Fiction from March 2014 to August 2018, where Ajo held roles in Operations & Special Projects and as Office Manager. Early career stages involved serving as a Server and Host at Tres Tequila Lounge & Mexican Kitchen, a Teaching Assistant at St. Basil's School, and an Administrative Assistant at DDB. Ajo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from San Francisco State University, completed in 2010.
