Joanna Hucky

Joanna Hucky is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in growth leadership and strategic coaching. Currently serving as a Lean Leader at RTG, LLC since July 2020, Joanna also contributes as a Volunteer Strategy and Design Thinking Coach for IDEO U. Previously, Joanna held significant roles at Danaher Corporation as Head of Global Business Unit and Director of Marketing, as well as positions at Zimmer Biomet and DePuy Synthes, including Global Marketing Director and Regulatory Affairs Manager. Joanna's educational credentials include a Project Management Professional Certification from Cornell University, multiple certifications from IDEO-U, a degree in Clinical Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine, a Biomedical Engineering degree from Marquette University, and an MBA with a focus on Organizational Change Leadership from Purdue University.
