Lynne Hawkins - Change Catalyst

Lynne Hawkins is a Creative Problem-Solver for Better Organizations with extensive experience in talent management, employee development, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Talent Management and Development Manager at Niterra North America, Inc., and as an IDEO U Teaching Assistant, Lynne specializes in implementing strategic talent processes and facilitating inclusive learning experiences. Previous roles include Principal at True North Solutions Lab, where consultation on change management solutions was provided, and a variety of leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, where Lynne focused on scaling design thinking capabilities, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and improving change management competencies. Lynne’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, complemented by additional training in artificial intelligence.
