Arianna Romanoff

Arianna Romanoff is an experienced Talent Director currently at IDEO, with a strong background in talent management and human resources. Previous roles include Director of Talent, Talent Lead, and Talent Manager at Huge, as well as HR Generalist at AKQA. Arianna also served in various positions at Brightidea, including People Operations Generalist and Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and People Operations. Initial experience was gained at Rocket Dog Brands LLC as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Currently pursuing HRM Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at San Francisco State University since 2016.
