Jennifer Lo

Jennifer Lo is a senior director of design at IDEO. Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in the field of management and healthcare.

Jennifer Lo started their career at Sapient as a senior manager. Jennifer then moved on to Children's Hospital Boston as a hospital administrator and manager. After a few years, they transitioned to Lahey Clinic as a senior consultant. In 2010, they joined Kaiser Permanente as the managing director of strategy and innovation, where they worked for twelve years. Recently, in October of 2022, they started working as the senior director of design at IDEO.

Jennifer Lo has had a successful career thus far. Jennifer is highly experienced in the areas of management and healthcare, and has been able to use their skills to help various organizations achieve their goals.

Jennifer Lo has an MBA with honors from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, a BSN from Saint Louis University, and various certifications from the Institute for the Future, Center for Care Innovations, and Design Futures Certification.
