Shelli Reeves

Shelli Reeves is a seasoned professional in design research and community engagement, currently serving as the Design Research Operations Lead at IDEO since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with research teams to create human-centered research plans and managing participant recruitment. As the Founder and CEO of Reframe History, a virtual African American museum established in March 2020, Shelli advocates for Black history through an innovative app that highlights stories from the past and present. Previous experience includes significant roles at ideastream, where Shelli organized health-related community events and contributed to notable projects, and at the Cleveland Museum of Art, where Shelli managed community engagement initiatives and developed outreach programs. Shelli holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and African-American/Black Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University.
