Yasir Iqbal has an extensive work experience in the technology sector. Yasir is currently working at PixelPaddle as the Chief Technology Officer, where they lead the strategic vision and technological direction of the startup, focusing on the sports-based Metaverse domain. Yasir also pioneered the integration of sports dynamics with Metaverse technologies to create immersive virtual sports experiences. Earlier in their career, Yasir worked at NextIn as a Senior Android Developer, managing Android application projects from inception to deployment. Yasir also worked as a Junior lecturer at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, where they instructed students on facets of Java, C++, Data Structures, and Databases, and taught them how to write computer programs, algorithms, and programming languages. Yasir Iqbal completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University Islamabad from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Bahauddin Zakariya University from 2010 to 2012. Yasir also obtained additional certifications including Associate Android Developer from Google and completed courses in Animations and Transitions in the Android SDK as well as Java Design Patterns and APIs for Android from Lynda.com in 2016.
