Richard Wanzenried

Richard Wanzenried has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Richard is currently working as a Digital Design Manager at IDEX Biometrics since February 2017. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Design Engineer at Xelic Inc. from September 2008 to February 2017.

Before joining Xelic Inc., Richard held multiple roles at Vivace Semiconductor Inc., including VP of Engineering and Founder from October 2005 to September 2008, and Director of Engineering from January 1999 to September 2007. Richard also worked as a Director of Engineering at Improv from 1999 to 2007.

Richard also brings experience from their time as a Senior Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems from March 1997 to January 1999. Richard started their career as a Design Engineer at Eastman Kodak in March 1988 and worked there until March 1997.
