Daniel Batamack

Daniel Batamack has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles in the energy sector. Daniel started their career as an Electrical Maintenance Technician at SONARA in 2015. Daniel then moved on to Eneo Cameroon S.A. in 2016 as an Energy Systems Engineering Intern. In 2018, they had an internship as an Electrical and Micro-electronics Engineering Intern at CDVI. In 2019, they worked as a Process Automation Engineer at Actemium Nantes Nutrition and later transitioned to Energy Market Analyst at IDEX. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Energy Procurement at IDEX, where they are responsible for strategic energy sourcing processes. Their work involves managing different energy procurement contracts to minimize risks and control fuel costs effectively.

Daniel BATAMACK completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Power/Energy Systems Engineering at the University of Buea from 2013 to 2017. Daniel then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Control Systems Engineering at the Université de Poitiers from 2018 to 2019. Following this, they obtained a Master of Engineering in Energy Systems Engineering - Electrical Power Systems from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Poitiers - ENSI Poitiers between 2017 and 2019. Finally, they completed a Masters in Energy Markets and Economics with a focus on Energy Economics at CentraleSupélec from 2019 to 2020.
