Vincent Nicot

Vincent Nicot has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. vincent started their career as a Labour Law Attorney at Servier in 1993 before moving on to become a BU HR Director at Technip in 1996. vincent then took on the role of Senior HRBP at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France in 2001 before transitioning to Corporate HR Director at Bouygues Construction in 2011. Most recently, in 2022, they joined IDEX as an HR Transformation Director.

Vincent Nicot began their education at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, where they obtained a Maîtrise in Droit Public in 1989. vincent then pursued further studies at the University of Montpellier, earning a DESS in Droit Social in 1991. Finally, they attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) - CIFFOP, where they obtained a DESS in RH in 1992.
