Erin O'Toole Murphy

Erin O'Toole Murphy, SPHR-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at IDEX Optical Technologies since July 2023. Previously, at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Erin held various roles including Sr. HR Manager, HRBP & Change Management, where strategic partnerships with executive leaders were established to utilize people data for HR strategies. Other positions included Manager of Employee Engagement & Experience and Manager of Leadership & Organization Development, focusing on talent management for a global employee base. Prior experience includes directing HR and talent management consulting at Collaborative Action, LLC, and leading training at Dell Technologies. Erin's early career involved HR roles at The University of Texas at Austin and ERNST Home & Nursery. Erin holds a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University, an M.A. in Organization Development from Antioch University Seattle, and a Human Resources certificate from the University of Washington.
