Joe L. Martinez

Joe L. Martinez is an experienced quality manager currently serving at IDEX Optical Technologies since January 2021, where responsibilities include strategic business operations management and future growth planning as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for CVI Laser Optics, LLC. Prior to this role, Joe co-founded and served as President of MaxQ Technology, LLC from July 2008 to August 2020, overseeing the design and manufacture of liquid-cooled cold plates for various industries while managing business operations and engineering activities. Joe has also held positions such as Vice President of Engineering and Head of Manufacturing and Product Development at MaxQ, contributing to significant engineering initiatives and manufacturing processes.
