Britta Iwen

Britta Iwen currently serves as the Director of Product Management at IDEX Corporation since October 2024. Previously, Britta held several leadership roles at Neogen Corporation, including Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Global Product Management and Marketing, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans for a global revenue of $822M and managing a 12-person team within the microbiological testing business. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Global Product Management and Marketing at 3M, overseeing a similar microbiological testing business while implementing successful growth strategies. Britta’s career began at Honeywell, where a diverse range of marketing and product management roles contributed to substantial revenue growth. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Carleton College.
